What the inspection is designed to do.
Inspect visible workmanship, finishes, incomplete work, visible damage and other relevant observations within the agreed inspection scope.
Photograph relevant findings, record their location, and prepare a clear report.
Where appropriate and safely accessible, basic observations of visible fittings may be made.
NOT PROVIDED
Specialist services are outside our scope.
Structural
Structural engineering, structural calculations or structural certification.
Design & valuation
Architectural design, valuations or project design services.
Specialist testing
Specialist electrical or gas testing, asbestos surveys or specialist damp/mould investigations.
Destructive investigation
No destructive opening-up or invasive investigation is undertaken.
Important: A Finished Right finding is an observation from the agreed visual and non-invasive inspection. Finding statuses are not formal certification or a pass/fail of the property.
